Aymen leads ITSMS on a simple belief: technology only matters if it serves business priorities. With more than 15 years of experience spanning IT Service Management, IT governance, cybersecurity, risk management and data protection, he has led complex IT environments, multidisciplinary teams and transformation programmes within European institutions and international organisations. Grounded in ITIL and passionate about knowledge transfer, he also trains professionals in ITIL, Agile and security — an operational and strategic expertise he now brings to ITSMS’s clients, the company he founded in 2017 to bring consulting, governance, cybersecurity, data and training together under one roof.
